At times organizations find it extremely difficult to implement process improvement initiatives because of resource crunch and inability to find the right resource for managing the process improvement programs. For such clients CyberQ can place a Process Champion onsite for a long period of time. This Quality Expert shall be responsible for performing the SQA activities, managing the process improvement initiative and would act as a Quality Manager for the organization. The embedded SQA is responsible for the following:

• Writing and Modifying and providing facilitation on the process documentation

• Conducting Process Trainings

• Conducting SQA audits and reviews

• Working as an active member of SEPG

• Overall responsibility for implementing the processes and driving the process improvement initiative at the client organization.
