CyberQ Consulting was founded in February 1997, with the objective of providing process improvement and information security consulting services. Over the years we has been able to carve a niche for itself in this area and has worked with some of biggest names in the industry.

Our strength lies in the skills and experience profile of key personnel. Each one of our consultants has considerable experience in their respective domains, with the average being around 15 years. Our Consultants, apart from knowledge of the subject, have extensive software development experience, having worked both in India and abroad. Thus, during training, the consultants are able to share real life experiences with the audience, making the interaction more meaningful. During consultancy, this reflects in practical and easy to use solutions without the rigors imposed by a purely academic approach.

Dr. Rajiv Nag - President
Dr. Nag has over 25 years of experience around the world in the areas of Software Project Management, Software Quality Assurance and System Testing, Development of Software Integrated Management Systems including Programming Standard, Functional and System Integration, Application Systems Development includes system requirements, system design (Concept, Architecture and Algorithm), Product Documentation, Strategic Management Consultancy, Development of Quality Management Methodology and Information Security Initiatives.

Dr. Nag is a SCAMPI Class A, B and C Lead Appraiser and an Introduction to CMMI Instructor. He has conducted over 50 appraisals and assessments for various CMM and CMMI initiatives.

Dr. Nag has a MBA in Information Systems and PhD in Software Engineering and Management.

Rajarshi Kr. Das - Director
Rajarshi has worked in the IT industry since 1987, initially as a software developer and software project manager, and later as a trainer, facilitator and assessor for software process improvement in India, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan and Ukraine.

Rajarshi is a CMMI Lead Appraiser and an Introduction to CMMI Instructor. He has conducted over 40 appraisals and assessments for various levels of CMM / CMMI till now.

Rajarshi is an IIT Delhi graduate with an MBA in Information Systems from IIM Calcutta.

Debopriyo Kar
Deb is the Head of Information Security Consulting Practice at CyberQ. He has been involved in the IT industry since its early days in India, and has been part of its various stages of evolution. He had the opportunity to develop an all round managerial expertise while bringing up several start-up business ventures, and had been extensively involved in new Project Developments, setting up international tie-up's and alliances, and initiating quality systems and processes.

Deb is a Certified Information Security Auditor and a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO27001
